"I was a young boy when my father bought the land at Edappally in 1984. I still remember the excitement of moving to our new home. When we decided to develop this property and started with SMS Vista Apartment project in 2020, everything seemed in favor. But little did we know that we were in for a nasty surprise in the form of Covid-19. The project was initiated in Feb 2020 and the pandemic forced us to a lockdown in March.
It was a very difficult time for us as we were unsure of how long it would take to return to normal life and how bad the pandemic would affect the real estate industry. But we proceeded with everything we had in our arsenal. We faced many challenges in the form of triple lock downs, skyrocketing price of building materials, manpower issues and what not.. But by Jehovah’s grace, we were able to tide over all the challenges. The project completion date was estimated at September 2022. Now as iam writing this letter in April 2022, the project is ready to be handed over.
